Lemon-Pepper Sweet Corn

Note:  The corn can be grilled if you have the time (and maybe the grill is already hot) or boiled in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes.


2-4 ears sweet corn

2 Tablespoons butter

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 lemon, zested

1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt


  1. Grill or boil the sweet corn.
  2. Melt the remaining ingredients together
  3. Brush on the cooked corn, and pass a dish of the remaining flavored butter on the table.
