Dill and Cucumber Cocktail


Serves one


1/2 medium cucumber, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds and cut into quarters

a scant 1/4 cup dill, leaves pulled from stem

4 oz. tequila (gin would be great, too!)

2 oz. fresh lime juice

lime wedges for garnish


Place the cucumber, dill, and tequila or gin in a glass and muddle until the cucumber begins to break up.

Fill the glass with ice, pour in the lime juice, top with club soda and garnish with lime wedges and any remaining cucumber.
